Need to make a return?
These steps and criteria may be followed:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging and unused.
- Merchandise must be shipped postage paid in the original packing materials.
- A Return Authorization Number must be obtained via email at [email protected]
Please complete and enclose the Reason for Return form in your package, please place Return Authorization number clearly on outside of package and ship postage paid to:

Your account will be credited within one week of our receipt of said merchandise. We will mail you a copy of the credit when issued.
Did you receive damaged merchandise?
First, we apologize for any merchandise that you received damaged. We handle damaged merchandise in different ways, so we ask that you keep the exterior box and all enclosed packing material and contact us right away either via email at [email protected] or phone us at +1 (808) 419-9786. You can be sure that no matter how the damage is handled, we will be working as quickly as possible to send a replacement or issue you a credit.
